Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Projectant application (the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

2. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for all data, text, files, information, images, graphics, and other content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the Service ("Content").

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or transmit any Content that is:

  • Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable under the laws of the United Kingdom.
  • Something you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
  • Infringing upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
  • Containing software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine to be in violation of these terms, and may suspend or terminate your account for such violations.

3. Service Availability

We will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available at all times. However, we shall not be liable for any interruptions to the Service, for any reason. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so via the Account Settings page.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
